“It’s hard to put into words how big bmhc has become in my life. When I started playing hockey it was something I wanted to eventually share with my son as he grows up but joining bmhc as a beginner definitely opened my life to a new friend group I didn’t know I could make again, it’s given me a brand new support system within this new friend group that I see myself being friends with for a long time. I think without it I would definitely be a more isolated stay at home parent but now I have this new group of friends to play hockey with on a weekly basis”
